Welcome to WpAuto™️ ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and services including WhatsApp Business API, Messenger, Instagram, CRM, chatbot builder, automation tools, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services"), you ("User," "Customer," "Client") agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please stop using our Services immediately.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
You represent that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
Use of WhatsApp Business APIs and Meta platforms requires compliance with Meta’s Terms & Policies.
2. Services Provided
WpAuto provides:
WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram API integrations.
CRM & Customer Management tools.
Chatbot and Automation Builder.
eCommerce integration & loyalty programs.
GreenTick verification assistance.
Analytics, reporting, and support services.
3. Account Registration & Security
You must register an account with accurate details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
WpAuto is not liable for unauthorized use of your account due to your negligence.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
Use Services for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
Violate Meta platform policies or upload harmful code/malware.
Violation may result in immediate suspension without refund.
5. Pricing, Payments & Refunds
All prices are in INR (₹) and exclusive of taxes.
Subscription fees are payable in advance.
Refunds: Services are non-refundable once activated unless required by law.
Failure to pay may lead to account termination.
6. GreenTick & Verification Services
We assist in WhatsApp Business Verification; however, final approval is at Meta’s sole discretion.
Fees for GreenTick assistance are non-refundable once the application is submitted.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, software, and designs are the property of WpAuto. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services. You may not reverse-engineer or distribute our platform without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
WpAuto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
We are not responsible for business losses due to downtime or rejections in WhatsApp verification.
9. Service Availability
We aim for 99% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages (e.g., Meta API downtime) may affect availability.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time.
WpAuto may suspend your account for policy violations or non-payment.
Data may be deleted after termination, subject to legal requirements.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
